Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Robert C. Adamski. I have practiced law and have been privileged to serve my community in Lee County, Florida since 1979, when I relocated from the Northeast with my family.
My areas of concentration are in Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration and Real Estate. I have an office practice and litigation practice in these areas. These fields of law are closely related, and broad knowledge is a great benefit in evaluating the options open to clients. During my law career I have served as Attorney for the City of Cape Coral and to numerous agencies. I have also served the Bar Association as President and Board member.
Being licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts, Federal District Court and The United States Supreme Court, I work throughout the state of Florida. I am a partner in the law firm, Roosa, Sutton, Burandt & Adamski L.L.P., which was established in 1962 at its present location in Cape Coral. Our law firm is the oldest law firm in Cape Coral , and one of the oldest in Southwest Florida.
In the business world I was a founding Director of First National Bank of Southwest Florida , and active in other business ventures. I am also active in the motion picture industry as a writer/producer.
As a member of the community I am active in civic organizations throughout Lee County . My fellow Kiwanians honored me by making me a Life Member of Kiwanis. In the past I served as President and Director of the Lee County Association for Retarded Citizens, Inc. I am presently a Director of Cape Coral Housing Rehabilitation and Development Corporation, a non-profit corporation dedicated to improving the housing for the needy in southwest Florida.
My hobbies include flying my Cessna 210, fishing, golf, and family activities. My wife, Laura, and I have raised our family in Southwest Florida , which is a wonderful place to live.
Please contact me if you have questions.
